Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute inbound shipping operations to ensure timely customs clearance and container delivery.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve shipping documentation and compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate tracking of shipments, inventory, and warehouse movements using ERP or WMS systems.
- Monitor and report on shipping delays, discrepancies, or potential risks to management.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure proper storage of raw materials (e.g., latex) in compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align shipping schedules with material requirements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping coordination, or customs clearance, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, or HACCP is advantageous.
