Responsibility
- Manage and optimize SAP Ariba procurement modules, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier collaboration.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability goals.
- Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance.
- Support the implementation of new SAP Ariba features and integrations with other ERP systems.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and risk assessments to ensure a resilient supply chain.
- Train and guide end-users on SAP Ariba best practices and workflows.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, with hands-on SAP Ariba experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in SAP Ariba or other procurement tools is a plus.
- Experience in sustainable procurement or ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a problem-solving mindset.
