Responsibility
- Operate and monitor high-speed reel-to-reel plating equipment to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on plated components to meet industry and company standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Document production data, including output quantities, defect rates, and process parameters.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in the plating process.
- Adhere to environmental and waste management procedures for chemical and material handling.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and best practices in plating operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in plating operations, manufacturing, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and chemical processes involved in plating.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules as required by production demands.
