Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and inventory management.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
