Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and customer demands.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and sustainability practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to enhance collaboration and negotiation outcomes.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology and automation to streamline supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations in industries such as Retail, Distribution, Automotive, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
