Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production plans in SAP to align with customer demand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, manufacturing) to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
- Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans to balance efficiency with customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material shortages or delays proactively.
- Generate and present reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and KPIs to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar production planning software (e.g., Oracle, MRP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with demand forecasting, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
