Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, storage, and distribution.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and supply chain reliability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in warehouse operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and warehouse efficiency.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory records and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
