Responsibility
- Develop and execute demand forecasting models to align production, procurement, and inventory with market needs.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess, ensuring optimal working capital.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, logistics) to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery metrics.
- Implement and maintain ERP system workflows to streamline supply chain operations and reporting.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., lead times, fill rates, supplier performance) and propose data-driven improvements.
- Lead risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions (e.g., geopolitical, logistical, or demand fluctuations).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or CSCP/CPIM certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in demand planning, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel/BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills to work with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with lean supply chain principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving and decision-making agility.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
