As a Production Planner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production targets with demand forecasts, minimize downtime, and enhance resource utilization. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to meet client deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability and workflow optimization.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production performance, lead times, and capacity utilization.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to align planning with compliance and safety standards.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track and manage production orders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory control within manufacturing or electronics industries.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Just-in-Time (JIT) principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
