Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment according to order specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading/unloading trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanning devices to track inventory movements.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming goods for quality and quantity.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for order processing and documentation.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, scanners) is advantageous.
