Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
- Implement efficient stock control measures to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders to meet operational demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover, and procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, procurement, or inventory control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with the logistics landscape in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus.
