Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of OSAT, SMT, and semiconductor products to global destinations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations, in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize costs.
- Monitor shipment statuses, track deliveries, and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions, inventory movements, and logistics data in the companyâs ERP system.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and sales teams to align shipping schedules with production and customer demand.
- Conduct regular audits of shipping processes to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shipping-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance in documentation and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
