Responsibility
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Allocate and optimize resources (manpower, machinery, and materials) to meet production schedules.
- Lead, train, and mentor production teams to enhance productivity and skill development.
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor production metrics (e.g., output, efficiency, downtime) and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance, procurement) to resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided).
