Responsibility
- Manage and process daily sales orders with accuracy, ensuring timely fulfillment and adherence to customer requirements.
- Coordinate shipment requests, including carrier selection, routing, and documentation to meet delivery deadlines.
- Generate and analyze logistics reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in inventory planning and demand forecasting to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or shortages.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, data validation, and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to streamline distribution workflows and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order management, shipping, and logistics coordination.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to management, including data modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in distribution planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain analytics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and demand planning tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms is a plus.
