Responsibility
- Source and evaluate local suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Compare and analyze quotations to select the best vendors for procurement needs.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of local market trends and supplier networks is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
