Responsibility
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory management for electronics and electrical manufacturing
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to align supply chain processes with manufacturing requirements
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
- Coordinate with international suppliers and logistics providers to ensure smooth import/export operations
- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives for management review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in electronics or electrical manufacturing
- Proven track record in procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain management software
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and international logistics
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
