Responsibility

  • Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to ensure timely delivery of materials and waste management services across Bali.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize route planning and reduce operational costs.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation of all logistics activities.
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of waste management or environmental logistics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
