Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect machinery and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure operational readiness.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize inventory, maintain accurate records, and fulfill orders promptly.
- Follow standardized procedures for stacking, wrapping, and labeling pallets to optimize space and accessibility.
- Assist in conducting inventory audits and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime, to meet production and shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to uphold Spritzerās commitment to operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator license/certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform repetitive motions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Basic literacy in English or Bahasa Indonesia for reading instructions and safety manuals.
- Willingness to work in shift-based roles, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
