Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage export shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any shipping discrepancies or delays promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in export shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customs clearance and freight forwarding is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment in Bali.
