Responsibility
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production of poultry products.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs of machine operations.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or food production environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
