Responsibility
- Assist the Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, inventory, customer service) to streamline processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Implement and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain consistency across franchise locations.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company values.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including KPIs, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail, franchise management, or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess operational challenges and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and operational software/tools.
- Familiarity with franchise or multi-location management is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
