Responsibility
- Monitor and control production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Track material usage, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to minimize waste.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, including material consumption, inventory turnover, and production efficiency metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all material handling processes.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to manage import/export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing process enhancements.
- Assist in the implementation of ERP or inventory management systems to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in production control, material control, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of import/export processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Indonesian) are advantageous.
