Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external compliance inquiries, providing expert guidance and resolution.
- Monitor, interpret, and implement new regulatory requirements to ensure organizational adherence to local and international standards.
- Develop, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect current laws and best practices.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, and operational teams to integrate compliance measures into business processes.
- Train and educate employees on compliance protocols, fostering a culture of accountability and ethical conduct.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and senior management as required.
- Investigate compliance breaches, document findings, and implement remediation plans to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCEP, CIPP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or a regulated industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian and international compliance regulations (e.g., ISO, OHSAS, environmental laws).
- Proven ability to develop and enforce compliance frameworks, policies, and training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory texts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
