Responsibility
- Lead and mentor warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory management and logistics processes.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill employees and enhance team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Resolve operational challenges proactively and escalate issues as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide teams.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and drive operational excellence.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
