Responsibility
- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, costs, and metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with lean principles, demand forecasting, and cost-reduction strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data analysis tools.
