Responsibility
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of goods.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure data accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Generate and maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
- Good communication skills in English to liaise with team members and other departments.
