Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections of field equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical faults using specialized tools and diagnostic software.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
- Prepare detailed technical reports documenting inspections, repairs, and recommendations for management review.
- Assist with emergency standby duties to resolve critical equipment failures outside regular working hours.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company protocols, industry regulations, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Provide on-site training and support to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and industry-specific software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor or industrial environments, including occasional overtime or standby shifts.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites within the Badung region.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (OSHA, ISO standards) is a plus.
