Responsibility
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor, Checkers, and Forklift Operators in daily warehouse operations.
- Load, unload, and move materials and products manually or using basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records by counting, labeling, and organizing stock.
- Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including workstations and storage areas.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery (after training) and assist in minor maintenance tasks.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehousing is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar manual labor roles (entry-level candidates with enthusiasm are welcome).
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills in English (basic Indonesian language skills are advantageous).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to efficiency.
