Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Analyze capacity constraints and propose solutions to balance workload across production lines.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align production plans with demand forecasts.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on production performance, KPIs, and bottlenecks for management review.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track progress and update planning parameters.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for delays or disruptions and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across departments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or demand planning methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
