Responsibility
- Assist the QA Head of Department in overseeing daily quality assurance activities across production lines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and prevent recurring defects.
- Perform root cause analysis for non-conformities and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality metrics, test results, and inspection reports.
- Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 5S).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production workflows is a plus.
