Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain precise inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments while verifying documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Prepare and label shipments with correct documentation for domestic and international delivery
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to warehouse management promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse operations or similar role
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Forklift certification is advantageous but not required
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
