Join Felicidad Easy Trading Inc as a Warehouse Checker - Returns & Consolidation Specialist in the dynamic logistics hub of Badung, Bali. As part of our team, you will play a key role in verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, inspecting returned goods for quality and condition, and consolidating orders to optimize space and reduce costs. This is a contract-based opportunity offering a competitive salary range of ₱17,000 – ₱19,000 per month, ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in warehouse logistics within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibility
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Process returned goods by checking their condition, categorizing them, and updating inventory systems accordingly.
- Consolidate partial orders or shipments to maximize storage efficiency and reduce handling costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, discrepancies, and adjustments in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment.
- Identify and report damaged, defective, or non-compliant products to the supervisor for further action.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in shipments or inventory records.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software or Excel.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Familiarity with standard warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays, as required.
