Responsibility
- Manage and process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to ensure stock availability for orders.
- Maintain and update order management systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or changes.
- Analyze order trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance order management workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Proficiency in order management software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the coffee, F&B, or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
