Responsibility
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with logistics standards.
- Update and maintain SAP systems with accurate order, inventory, and shipment data to support real-time decision-making.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to manage orders, forecasts, and demand planning, minimizing disruptions and optimizing stock levels.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and present reports on shipment status, inventory levels, and supply chain KPIs to stakeholders.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays, discrepancies, or compliance challenges, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support procurement activities by liaising with vendors, negotiating terms, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain best practices to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or transport industries.
- Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems, with hands-on experience in data entry, reporting, and system updates.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and import/export processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
