Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of production operators to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain and improve product quality and compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to senior management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities
- Work with R&D and engineering teams to facilitate new product introductions and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production management software
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus
- Experience working in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is highly desirable
