Responsibility
- Assist in packing and preparing materials for shipment and delivery.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management to ensure accuracy.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or delivery roles is preferred.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for delivery tasks).
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work in a 5-day workweek schedule.
