As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will ensure the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy. Responsibility
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy, ensuring timely fulfillment and minimal errors.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage, to prevent workplace injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments, including labeling, weighing, and documenting cargo.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or logistics operations.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25-50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems and data entry.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in AWS (Alternate Week Shift) schedules as required.
