Responsibility
- Complete rotational assignments across multiple departments (Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to gain comprehensive business understanding
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze business performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation
- Participate in leadership training workshops, seminars, and networking events
- Support daily operations while identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
- Develop and present business cases for new projects or improvements
- Maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, internships, or work experience
- Highly adaptable with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
