Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using AWS (Advanced Warehouse Systems) and other digital tools.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to facilitate timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies and minimize losses.
- Organize warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Prepare and process shipment orders, including packing, labeling, and dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish supplies as needed.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification; higher education in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations (1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with AWS, VB (Visual Basic), or other inventory management software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (physical fitness is required).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
