Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, including pricing models, vendor negotiations, and market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align supply chain and commercial goals with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, distributors, and partners to secure favorable terms and ensure supply chain resilience.
- Oversee risk management and contingency planning to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain and commercial management to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or commercial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency in a wholesale/distribution environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and regulatory environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams through change.
