Responsibility
- Manage and nurture key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align shipments with customer requirements and production schedules.
- Monitor and track order statuses, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on order fulfillment metrics, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce lead times.
- Negotiate with vendors and carriers to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in logistics management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, account coordination, or supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and resolving complex operational issues.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
- Familiarity with incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping protocols is a plus.
