Responsibility
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and preparation of products for shipment.
- Operate and maintain basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and goods within the facility or to designated locations.
- Ensure workplace safety by adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and logistics targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote efficiency.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
