Responsibility
- Accurately apply sticker labels to products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
- Inspect labeled products for correctness, alignment, and adherence to ensure zero defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for labeling, including batch tracking and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or supply shortages to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to company dress code: plain black top, long dark jeans/pants, and covered shoes.
- Assist in packing and preparing labeled products for shipment or storage.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Proven ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle lightweight products.
- Strong work ethic and reliability to commit to scheduled shifts without early departures.
- Ability to work in a team and follow directions from supervisors.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus.
- Compliance with company dress code and safety protocols.
