Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory requirements.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product specifications into feasible production plans.
- Optimize resource allocation, including materials, labor, and machinery, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create and modify production layouts and workflows.
- Analyze production data to forecast trends, improve processes, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and align on project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in production planning, manufacturing, or design within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and production planning tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to troubleshoot production issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
