Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize output and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline processes.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to production staff as needed.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision role within the electronic manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, including PCB assembly, soldering, and testing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
