Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control programs and standards.
- Prepare and implement QC procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor QC staff to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to senior management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
