Responsibility

  • Assist in the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services to support manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, address discrepancies, and foster strong vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align purchasing activities with budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements in ERP systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, vendor evaluation, and contract administration.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
