Responsibility
- Inspect and verify the quality of incoming raw materials and components to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address any deviations from quality specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products before shipment to ensure they meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve processes.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment and tools.
- Assist in the development and updating of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering).
- Previous experience in quality control or a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with quality control tools, techniques, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and quality management software.
