Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
