Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital and manual systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols in the warehouse.
- Train and supervise junior storekeeping staff as needed.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve supply chain issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or logistics.
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., AWS, VB, or similar systems).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).
- Willingness to travel across multiple locations in Bali.
